You have to read this account of yet another APP. I assure you, the story is all true. Though it's difficult to choose, I think my favorite line is, “Get up! Do jumping jack. So you stop crying. I can’t work like this.”

I occasionally bring out quotes from this incident:
When I have absolutely no idea about something, I will put on a thick Russian accent, shrug my shoulders, with my palms up and say, "Maybe. Maybe not."
I think I need to start saying to my crying children:
"Get up. Do jumping jack!"

I have to confess that I often say to my children - in a quasi Russian accent - "Don't cry like baby!"
